Zeroderma Ltd has today announced
the sale of its topical rubefacient product, ALGESAL®,
to Thornton & Ross
Ltd. The sale includes all intellectual property, trade marks
and stock holding relating to ALGESAL®.
Thornton & Ross Ltd will retain the product name and will continue
to market the product using the current packaging style with only
minor changes to comply with the United Kingdom’s regulatory
requirements.
ALGESAL® will continue to be available through the usual wholesalers.
Paul Gibbons, Zeroderma’s General Manager, expressed his thanks
to the retail and wholesale trade for their support of this product
over the past year or so. Commenting on the sale, he expressed
his delight that the product now had a long-term future under the
new ownership of Thornton & Ross Ltd.
