Wizz Products Ltd acquires "Star" brands from Sundrops LtdSundrops Ltd has today announced the sale of 4 cleaning products sold under the "Star" brand to Wizz Products Ltd. The brands involved are:
The sale includes all intellectual property, trade marks, and stocks relating to these brands. Wizz Products will continue to market these products and is committed to developing the brands. For the next month all orders for these brands will continue to be delivered and invoiced by Sundrops Ltd. From the 1st September 2008 all orders, deliveries and invoices will be made by Wizz Products Ltd Commenting on the sale, Dieno George the Chief Executive of Sundrops’ affiliate company Thornton & Ross Ltd, said that the sale allowed each business to focus on their areas of specialisation with Sundrops and Thornton & Ross focussing on their core brands, whilst enabling Wizz to extend its cleaning product portfolio. Both businesses are developing their areas of specialisation whilst maintaining supply of some long established products with a loyal customer base and a great heritage. Sundrops Ltd are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and produce a number of medicinal and household products, including Zoflora the leading household floral disinfectant.
